Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us on 07 3785095 or contact us by email at buttonup@live.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace or refund you immediately if any goods are damaged upon delivery.
Replacements items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made or we will refund you immediately should you prefer.
Please ensure all unwanted or damaged goods are returned to us at Buttonup Limited in their original and unused condition, with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
